Technical requirements: Networks wishing to peer with SLL must have the following:
•Publicly routable ASN
•Publicly routable address space (at least one /24 of IPv4 and/or one /48 of IPv6 space)
•ASN record completed in PeeringDB
•Technical contact capable of resolving BGP routing issues
•Presence at Internet Exchange facilities listed for SLL in PeeringDB
•BGP MD5 password supported and preferred, not a requirement
Routing policy: In general, SLL will advertise all SLL public routes over peering sessions with AS19399. No route of last resort (default route) will be advertised or directed at SLL.
Maximum prefixes: SLL suggest peers set a max-prefix of 25 (IPv4) and 5 (IPv6) routes on peering sessions with SLL.
Routing announcements: SLL asks that peers advertise all their public routes in all locations where they peer with SLL, unless an alternative route advertisement policy has been agreed. Routes should be aggregated as much as possible. No routes smaller than /25(IPv4) and /65(IPv6) will be accepted.
Stockholm County Council(SLL) is changing name to Region Stockholm(RS) in January 2019.
